Refund Policies & Terms

Refund Policy:
We follow no refund Policy. The refund is applicable only if the batch is cancelled or gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be done in 6-7 working days through the same payment mode.

Course Fee Policy:
All course fees mentioned on our website/Offices are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to change the course fee. However the fee paid by a student at the time of enrollment will be applicable throughout the course.

Flexi-Pass Policy:
We provide flexi-pass to all students paid complete fees. This pass provides various benefits to the students. Using this pass, students can repeat/rejoin the course within eight months from the date of joining under the same trainer and same branch. If due to unforeseen circumstances if a trainer leaves the organization or student requested to change the trainer, batch or branch we charge INR 3000+Taxes as administrative charges to re-issue the flexi-pass.

Common Terms:
When you take an admission in Ethans Tech, you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to modify, change without prior notice and in its sole discretion.

• Please collect the payment receipt at the time of joining and keep it available for the next eight month to use the flexi-pass benefits.
• We make no promise of Job Placements after completion or duration of the program. We don’t accept payment related to the job.
• Students have to take care of personal belongings on premise, administration is not liable for any loss.
• Ethans Administration is not liable for any data loss. We recommend students to use their personal internet connection on our premise. In case, if a student is using an office/personal laptop with Ethans 3rd Party internet connection, any data loss, personal data theft or anything related to data is not Ethans responsibility.
• If you have purchased Ethans course, we may ask you for testimonial, we will display your testimonial on our website, photos and videos or in our social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube or Flickr. You should be aware that your publicly identifiable information could be used to send you promotional, unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for your personal information which you have chosen to display.
• Our courses are new and subject to change at any time. We are continually looking to improve the courses content and delivery but if you are at any time dissatisfied with the teaching procedure or content, then your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.
• We display common Terms and Policies in every premise, we expect students read the same before joining the course

Right to Reserve:
In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of Ethans Tech, without any liability to you. Ethans Tech reserves the absolute right to revise these Terms in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you other than by posting the revised Terms on the Site.
