By enrolling in any course, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Refund Policy – Ethans Tech

Ethans Tech follows a strict No Refund Policy for all training programs and certification courses.

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• If a batch is officially cancelled by Ethans Tech.
• If the batch is cancelled due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases:

• Refunds will be processed within 6–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment only

No other refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Course Fee Policy

• Course fees mentioned on our website, promotional materials, or at our Pune training centres are subject to change without prior notice.
• Ethans Tech reserves the right to revise course pricing at its sole discretion.
• However, once a student has enrolled and paid the applicable fee, the same fee will remain valid for that student for the entire duration of the enrolled program.

We recommend confirming the latest fee structure before enrollment.

3. Flexi-Pass Policy (Repeat & Rejoin Option)

At Ethans Tech, we offer a Flexi-Pass facility for students who have paid the complete course fee.

Flexi-Pass Benefits:

• Repeat or rejoin the same course
• Valid for 6 months from the date of joining
• Applicable under the same trainer and same branch

Important Conditions:

• If a trainer leaves due to unforeseen circumstances, OR
• If a student requests a change of trainer, batch, or branch,

An administrative fee of INR 10,000 + GST will be charged for re-issuing the Flexi-Pass.

Students must retain their original payment receipt for six months to avail this benefit.

4. No Job Placement Guarantee

Ethans Tech is a professional training institute focused on skill development and industry-ready programs.

• We do not guarantee job placements after course completion.
• We do not accept any payment related to job placement services.
• Enrolment in any IT course or certification program does not imply employment assurance.

We provide guidance and career support where applicable, but placement is not contractually guaranteed.

5. Personal Belongings Policy

Students are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while at our premises.

Ethans Tech shall not be liable for:

• Loss
• Theft
• Damage to personal items

6. Data Security & Internet Usage Disclaimer

Ethans Tech is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend students use their personal internet connection while on the premises.

If a student uses:

• Ethans Tech’s internet connection, OR
• Any third-party internet network within our premises,

Ethans Tech shall not be responsible for:

• Data loss
• Data theft
• Cybersecurity breaches
• Device damage
• Personal information compromise

Students are advised to maintain proper backups and cybersecurity protection.

7. Testimonials & Media Consent

By enrolling in a course at Ethans Tech, students acknowledge that:

• We may request written, video, or photo testimonials.
• Testimonials may be published on:

• Our official website
• Social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Promotional materials

Students understand that publicly identifiable information may become visible online. Ethans Tech is not responsible for third-party promotional or unsolicited communication resulting from such public visibility.

8.Course Updates & Content Changes

Our IT training courses are regularly updated to align with industry standards and technological advancements.

• Course content, curriculum, trainers, and delivery methods may be updated at any time.
• Ethans Tech continuously improves course structure and learning experience.

If a student is dissatisfied with the teaching methodology or content, the sole remedy available is to discontinue the course. No refund or compensation will be applicable in such cases.

9. Policy Display & Acceptance

All Terms & Conditions are:

• Displayed at Ethans Tech premises
• Available on our official website

Students are expected to review and understand all policies before enrolling in any course.

10. Right to Suspend or Terminate Services

Ethans Tech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment
• Restrict access to services
• Refuse current or future use of our training programs

This may occur without prior notice and without liability.

Ethans Tech also reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
